Geared towards creating a courageous and health-conscious younger generation, our juniors classes (age 5-11yrs) are designed to develop strong athletic and motivational skills that our kids will carry throughout their lifetime.
Our classes focus on fitness, coordination, agility, speed, and strength. Trainers and boxers both agree that boxing teaches young people discipline and work ethic better than any other sport. Our youth classes are led by experienced, youth and family fitness-certified instructors who consistently reinforce the gym mentality to never give up, keeping our kids motivated both inside and outside of the the gym.
We offer unique and fun session for ages 5-11 years old. Our sessions vary each week, covering running, sprints, sparring, padwork, circuit training, shadow boxing. Kids learn the basic boxing stance, guard and basic shots as well as doing basic padwork.
Our junior session runs on a Thursday evening from 5:30-6:30pm and Sunday mornings from 10:30-11:30am. We strongly encourage all kids (of all fitness levels and abilities) to come and join in.
