Our sessions cater for everyone: from those who have never stepped into a boxing club or gym to a highly competent boxer from 11 years old.

Fitness

Fitness sessions are the main component for most boxing clubs. Boxing fitness is renowned world-wide for one of the best ways to get fit and then maintain your new level of fitness. Training in our gym, you will build confidence and train like a boxer.

Technique and Development

Our gym sessions are designed for those how want to keep fit, gain new skills, and become a champion boxers. Our sessions will take you through footwork drills, single shots, punch combinations, and the counter defensives.

Competition

Anyone who wants to compete, from their first skills bout to national level, we will work at a pace that suits your needs. Our coaches will support and guide you through your sparring sessions and in to the ring against opponents. Brandon Boxing Club has already produced national champions.
